Anyone who’s passed by the track on the highway or perhaps more slowly on Macaulay Road here between Black Creek and Oyster River has been treated to a preview of things to come. While pandemic restrictions continue to postpone any accurate schedule, we’ve been busy building a racetrack and events venue like none other this side of anywhere!
Saratoga Speedway Upgrades
SO Many STATE OF THE ART Improvements for our racers and their fans!
- “R-Ace Gardens” featuring ‘R-Ace-Table seating’ licensed service area offering fans ice-cold award winning Ace Brewing Company beverages!
- Dedicated hauler parking
- Upgraded lighting system
- Dedicated spectator WiFi Access
- Online ticketing and concession menu ordering system
- Designated seating
- Improved grandstand seating, steel enclosure, safety improvements with added structural supports, additional stairs and hand rails
- Re-developed landscaping and irrigation system surrounding entire track and concourse
- Improved concourse walkways with concrete, landscaping, benches and signage
- Addition of “R-Ace Tables” for R-Ace Beer Garden seating at corner 4
- Improved and upgraded telemetry systems (MyLaps transponders linked to score clock and SpeedHive app)
- Addition of dedicated Race Director position in the control tower in keeping with new communications system for racers including the availability of “FanCievers” enabling spectators to purchase a radio that allows the listener to hear what the racers hear from the tower
- Improved parking and access
- Upgraded “KidZone” playgrounds on south side of grandstands
- New Monster Truck Experience Loading Zone directly from KidZone
We are developing new venues
The iconic 3/8 mile tri-oval that’s been the site of short-track racing battles, music concerts, fireworks displays and stunt-driving spectacles for over 50 years continues to entertain as the centrepiece of Saratoga Motorsports Park!
Next planned phases: a new go-kart track, new Monster Truck Ride track, and a new RV camp featuring serviced and un-serviced sites
